STEM Program

Updated: Nov 30, 2023

First Foundation Kids, is a 501(C )3 non-profit organization based in Duluth, Georgia. The organization intends to implement a STEM program for children (12-18 years) soon from low-income family background in Atlanta Georgia.

First Foundation Kids, Inc. has had years of implementing proven successful practices and demonstrating creativity and innovation in the delivery of services that meet the needs of low-income background kids in the community. The program aims to support, encourage, empower, educate, and inspire leaders of tomorrow, and to close a gap that has hindered participation of children from low-income and underserved areas in STEM education.

The organization is currently seeking donors to support this initiative. If funded, the organization will implement the program in 2024.

Our STEM initiative is intended to prepare youth for future work roles and enable them to develop the creativity, innovation, leadership, and critical thinking skills that will serve them well in the future. Our organization is cognizant of the fact that few children from low-income background in Georgia pursue STEM subjects not because they are incapable but because they lack role models, opportunity and environment to pursue the subjects.
